How Does it Work?

Get in touch via the contact form on my website to see if your date is available.

We will arrange an in-person meeting or video call to discuss your wedding plans and I will send you a quote via email afterwards.

If you're happy to go ahead, I will send you a contract and an invoice for 50% of the total fee (non refundable). When this is signed and paid, your date will be written into my diary!

A few months (or weeks depending on how far in advance you book) in advance of your wedding, I will send you a questionnaire to fill out. This will be asking questions all about your love story and important elements of the ceremony you would like included. We will create your perfect ceremony together. This can also be done in person or over video call.

I shall write the first draft of your wedding ceremony and send it to you to look over. I will go back and forth until you are 100% happy with it. A final video call or in person meeting for a logistics meeting.

The remaining balance (non refundable) will be due 12 weeks before the ceremony or on production of the final script (whichever is sooner).

I will conduct a venue visit and a rehearsal can be scheduled with you present (or we can run through the ceremony structure over video call instead)

Your wedding day! I will perform your very own personalised bespoke wedding ceremony.
What is included in my fee?

Initial meeting to chat about your wedding plans (in person over a cuppa at a local cafe or video call)

In-depth couples questionnaire and ceremony logistics form to find out all about your beautiful love story

Regular communication via our own WhatsApp group and video calls

Completely bespoke wedding ceremony script, written from scratch with multiple revisions available

A joyful, romantic, heartfelt and light hearted delivery of your love story to your family and friends

Ceremony rehearsal (at the venue or another location or over video call)

A visit to the venue

Guidance with writing your vows and public speaking

The use of my portable sound system, including a speaker and microphones if needed

Advice on ceremony planning and legalising your marriage

Liaising with your suppliers, venue and any family members/friends involved in the ceremony

Contact with your friends and family for additions to your script (special memories or marriage advice)

Music cues and a running order, which is given to your suppliers or anyone featured in the ceremony

Print outs of everything to do with the ceremony, i.e. readings/poems, vows, etc

My personal recommended suppliers list (hair, makeup, photographers, etc)

Arrival at your venue up to 90 minutes before to prepare for your ceremony, visit you to calm any last minute nerves and speak to anyone involved in the ceremony, including your suppliers.
